I am obsessed by why other peoples' food tastes so great. I spent years in the catering and education industry and it still gets me - why is that food so good, but I think I am more interested in the story behind it.
I always enjoyed reading recipe books like stories, may be more than the actual cooking...
For that reason, I have decided to celebrate the best which will be contentious as we all make the best spag bol and all know what the best breakfast looks like - but the story behind it will make the difference between a good recipe and a GREAT recipe!
