We are very pleased to bring you this submission after waiting flipping ages for a decent submission.
Every recipe site needs a chocolate dish, but interestingly chocolate recipes did not tend to come up on our top 50 search.
But we know how to fix that….
For us, pancakes, or crêpes as they would later be called (blame catering college or the Ferrero company :-) ), always came with fresh lemon and golden syrup.
Nutella, was never to be put on anything. Just to be eaten straight from the little plastic tray or later the jar after a family member brought back a jar from Germany in the 80’s – spoon, jar - game changer (obviously as adults we now eat responsibly).
BUT, the world is changing and there a no rules to pancakes – I blame the children who love them with Nutella ++++++.
You will need:
1 egg
125 g of flour
250 ml of milk
1 tbsp. of NUTELLA® per crêpe
Crêpes by NUTELLA® Step 1
Whisk the milk and flour together. Then add the eggs and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Crêpes by NUTELLA® Step 2
Heat up 1 tbsp. of butter in a pan on medium heat and add a ladle of batter. Even out the batter.
Crêpes by NUTELLA® Step 3
Cook the crêpes one by one until both sides have a light golden colour.

Spread 1 tbsp. of NUTELLA® on each crêpe and enjoy!
TIP: Add your favourite berries or fresh fruit for a delicious final touch!
